About this Project

The main requirement of this project was to develop accessories for installing speakers on the ceiling. The accessories needed to include circular plastic support brackets and eight corresponding metal components for securely mounting the speakers on the ceiling, ensuring stability and safety. The design of the plastic components was particularly complex, integrating multiple product clasps to facilitate convenient and stable speaker installation. To meet the client's diversified needs, we had to produce three different sizes and offer three color options. Additionally, due to the special usage scenario of the product, the client had strict requirements for fire resistance, leading us to choose fire-resistant ABS as the main material for the product.
