In 2002, he registered Alpine Precision Mould Factory in Bao'an District, Shenzhen, and started his own entrepreneurial journey. His unique vision allowed him to see the international market with huge development potential. In 2006, he officially entered the international market and started the business of mold manufacture and injection production. In 2008, Alpine Mold was established in Hong Kong.

In 2016, Shenzhen Zhonghesheng Technology Co., Ltd. was registered and established, Mr.Lei expanded the company's scale and personnel, and had its own mold tooling workshop and injection molding workshop. At the end of 2019, Hongwei Group was registered and established.
