From the Founder of Alpine Mold – Mr. Lei Mingwei

Born in 1974 in Sichuan, China, Mr. Lei Mingwei grew up in the countryside, where he developed a strong work ethic, perseverance, and a fearless attitude toward challenges. In 1993, he entered the mold industry, starting as a humble technician. With no professional mentor or formal training, he relied on his own determination—borrowing technical manuals and studying mold tooling knowledge late into the night. His self-discipline and curiosity laid the foundation for his lifelong career in precision mold manufacturing.

In 2002, he founded Alpine Precision Mold Factory in Bao’an District, Shenzhen, marking the beginning of his entrepreneurial journey. With keen insight into global market trends, he expanded into international business in 2006, offering mold design, manufacturing, and injection molding services to overseas clients. Two years later, Alpine Mold (Hong Kong) was officially established, opening the door to broader international cooperation.

Committed to continuous learning and self-improvement, Mr. Lei completed the Tsinghua University EMBA President Training Program in 2012, followed by the Huashang Academy President’s Advanced Management Program in 2016. That same year, he founded Shenzhen Zhonghesheng Technology Co., Ltd., further expanding production capacity with dedicated tooling and injection workshops. By 2019, the establishment of Hongwei Group marked another milestone in the company’s growth journey.

Under his leadership, Alpine Mold has achieved consistent annual growth and successfully completed over 7,000 projects for global customers in industries including automotive, electronics, home appliances, and smart devices.

From a grassroots technician to a respected industry leader, Mr. Lei has always remained humble, diligent, and detail-oriented. His philosophy — “To create lasting value for both employees and customers through relentless effort and integrity” — has become the cornerstone of Alpine Mold’s culture. With his visionary leadership, the company continues to innovate, expand, and earn recognition both in China and abroad.
