Project Background


With the continuous advancement of technology, smart medical products are gradually gaining popularity in the market. A renowned German smart medical product manufacturer, with its unique R&D capabilities and innovative technology, has successfully developed a smart mosquito bite treatment device. This device utilizes high-efficiency heat treatment technology to quickly and easily alleviate the itching and discomfort caused by mosquito bites.


Faced with the increasing market demand, the manufacturer decided to expand its production scale and seek a partner that could provide it with high-precision mold manufacturing and injection molding solutions. After comparing several overseas mold suppliers, they ultimately chose us, a mold manufacturer with extensive experience, top-notch equipment, and a skilled technical team.







Product Introduction


The plastic components of this smart mosquito bite treatment device were carefully crafted by us for the client. There are six parts in total: a cover, corresponding components, and three different designs of brackets. These components are made from high-quality PC material and ABS+PC material, ensuring the durability and safety of the product. To meet the client's requirements for aesthetics and comfort, all components require polishing and textured patterns.







High-Precision Mold Manufacturing


To ensure product quality and production efficiency, our engineers prepared a detailed DFM (Design for Manufacturing) report for this smart mosquito bite treatment device. After thorough communication and verification with the client, we determined key parameters such as the draft angle, gate location, and parting line of the product. For complex parts of the product structure, our experienced engineers provided effective solutions to ensure the manufacturing precision of the mold and the smooth progress of injection molding.






After the mold design was completed, we utilized advanced processing equipment and techniques to begin precision mold manufacturing. Through high-precision processing and strict quality control, we successfully provided the client with high-quality mold products.

During the injection molding process, we utilized Charmilles EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) machines for EDM processing. Charmilles, a renowned Swiss brand, provided us with significant support due to its high-precision processing, beautiful surface appearance, uniform texture, and ability to achieve mirror-polished surfaces without the need for additional post-processing.









Injection Molding Solution


To meet the client's high requirements for product appearance and performance, we specially customized three injection molds for this project, which are used to produce the cover, corresponding components, and three different designs of brackets. These molds have achieved high manufacturing precision and injection molding quality, receiving high praise from the client.
